The mangrove crabs we offer are processed immediately the day they are caught.
Only those crabs that arrive alive at the factory are selected.
They are then rapidly processed with care and constant attention paid to HACCP quality standards.
Three calibers in 1 kg bags are available:
– Large: 3 to 5 pieces (half crab) per kg.
– Medium: 5 to 8 pieces per kg.
– Small: 8 to13 pieces per kg.
- Suitable for various soups and sauces such as Ndole, Beans stew, vegetable stews, Okra Soup and many more to improve flavor and taste.
