The Ethiopia Ayehu is a single estate Arabica of the complex-tasting Heirloom variety from Ethiopia. The beans come from altitudes between 1700 and 1800 m, where they have plenty of time to develop their typical aroma profile. The handpicked heirlooms are processed naturally and given a medium-strong roast. The result is a wonderfully balanced coffee, with body and acidity, which brings refreshing citrus notes coupled with floral overtones. There is a hint of vanilla in the finish, which wonderfully rounds off the taste composition. The pleasantly mild intensity makes it ideal for all filter preparations and the French Press. On warm days, it tastes particularly delicious as a cold brew or cold drip coffee with ice cubes or a dash of tonic water. The scope of delivery includes 250g whole beans that come in aroma-proof packaging. Caffè Corsini is a traditional Italian roastery that has existed since 1950 and is now family-run in the third generation.
